Punkadelics and Paired Ceramics

Punkadelics and Paired Ceramics, from Tuesday, the 27th March until Sunday, the15th of April.
Opening times, 10.00am -4pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
The exhibition is closed on Mondays but open ALL Bank Holidays including Easter.

Recent 'Punkadelics' series paintings & print retrospective of 'Class of 1997, Queen Mary Girls School, by artist Corrine Streetly and new ceramics and porcelain by Lytham based ceramicist Marie Kershaw, using coloured glazes and lustres of her own design. 

A Joint Exhibition at Lytham Heritage Centre featuring new paintings, prints and drawings by Blackpool based artist, founder and director of Blott Artist Studios, Corrine Streetly and a new range of decorative ceramics and porcelain by Lytham based ceramicist Marie Kershaw, who applies her research into ceramic design into producing slips, transfers, gilding coloured glazes and lustres of her own design. 

The exhibition will also feature works which have been kindly loaned by KEQMS from their public collection and other private collectors to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Corrine's year as artist in residence at Queen Mary School,  which culminated in the ‘Class of 97’ exhibition.  As well as another chance to see selected works from the original 1997 exhibition, there will be original paintings, drawings, limited edition prints, fine art cards, postcards and bespoke china mugs available for sale.
